Kami has studied photography, painting, drawing, sculpting, and ceramics in Washington, DC; Sydney, Australia; and Winter Park, Florida. In addition to visual arts, he is passionate about writing poetry, short story and film-script.

Kami has been teaching arts in Florida since 2007 as well as having workshops in painting, drawing, and digital photography.

He moved to Florida in 2004, and currently resides in Winter Park where he also established his studio. He has the following photo exhibits in Florida:
